Who we are

icmclab studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes Fortiva, a Windows password manager. Contact: info@icmclab.cloud

Fortiva desktop application

Fortiva is local-first and zero-knowledge. Your vault, entries, and master password stay on your device. We operate no servers that receive vault data. There is no telemetry, analytics, or account sign-up.

Stored locally on your PC (never uploaded to us):

The only network connection (Personal): Fortiva checks GitHub Releases over HTTPS for application updates. This sends a standard HTTPS request (your IP and user agent as seen by GitHub) - not your vault, passwords, or Fortiva-created identifiers. Disable automatic checks in Settings → Updates.

The optional browser extension talks only to the local Fortiva app on your machine while the vault is unlocked - never to icmclab studio or third parties. Credentials release only after you click Fill.

This marketing website

This site provides product information and download links. It does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. All assets are served from our own domain.

If you email us at info@icmclab.cloud, your message is handled by our mail provider (IONOS) and forwarded to our inbox. This website does not store email content.

How we use your data

We use email correspondence solely to respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
